Age Calculator
Age: a planned Super Calculator tool. Covers date of birth (date) and as-of date (date). Stub page while the tool and its worked example are prepared.
Age Calculator is a planned calculator in the dates and time section of Super Calculator, covering dates and time.
What this calculator will compute
Inputs: date of birth (date) and as-of date (date).
Outputs: age (y/m/d), total months (n), total days (d), next birthday countdown (d) and weekday of birth (name).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Calendar-walk difference from date of birth to a reference date, yielding completed years, then residual months, then residual days. Age in completed years is floor of the anniversary count, which is not the same as the day difference divided by 365.25 and diverges around leap days.
