What this calculator will compute
Inputs: weight (kg), height (cm) and reference upper limit.
Outputs: BMI prime (ratio) and deviation from the normal ceiling (%).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: BMI Prime = measured BMI divided by the upper limit of the normal range (25 kg/m2 international, or 23 kg/m2 where an Asian action point is applied). A dimensionless ratio where 1.00 is the upper bound of normal.
