Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Jackson and Pollock 1978 generalized equations: body density from the sum of three skinfolds (chest, abdomen, thigh for men; triceps, suprailiac, thigh for women) as a quadratic in the sum plus an age term, converted to body fat with the Siri equation, %fat = 495/density - 450.
