Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Models a purchase with debt and equity: debt service from the acquisition loan is subtracted from seller discretionary earnings less a market-rate owner salary to give cash flow to the buyer, and the return on invested equity is computed against the down payment.
