Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Monthly lease payment = depreciation charge + rent charge + tax, where depreciation = (adjusted capitalized cost - residual value) / term, and rent charge = (adjusted capitalized cost + residual value) * money factor. Money factor times 2400 gives the approximate equivalent annual percentage rate.
