Outputs: cumulative LTV per period (currency), payback point (period) and survival curve table.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Cohort LTV sums observed revenue per surviving customer across periods, LTV_T = sum over t of (ARPA_t * S_t * gross margin), where S_t is the survival fraction of the cohort at period t taken from an actual retention curve rather than a constant churn assumption.
