Outputs: contraction MRR (currency), contraction rate (%) and split by cause.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Contraction MRR = downgrade MRR + seat reductions + discount concessions on renewal, from accounts that remain active. Fully cancelled accounts are churn, not contraction, and double counting the two is the standard error.
