Cricket Net Run Rate Calculator

Cricket Net Run Rate: a planned Super Calculator tool. Covers runs scored (n). Stub page: the tool, its formula and a worked example are not published yet.

Cricket Net Run Rate Calculator is a planned calculator in the lifestyle section of Super Calculator, covering miscellaneous.

What this calculator will compute

Inputs: runs scored (n), overs faced (n), runs conceded (n), overs bowled (n), wickets lost (n) and overs remaining (n).

Outputs: net run rate (n), required run rate (n), revised target (n) and resource percentage (%).

Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Net run rate equals runs scored per over faced minus runs conceded per over bowled across a tournament, with a team bowled out treated as having faced its full allocation. The Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method revises targets from a published resource percentage table indexed by overs remaining and wickets lost, and the current tables are proprietary.
