What this calculator will compute
Inputs: expression, variable, order of derivative and evaluation point (optional).
Outputs: derivative expression, simplified form, value at a point, higher order derivatives and rule-by-rule steps.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Symbolic differentiation by recursive application of the power, product, quotient and chain rules over a parsed expression tree, followed by algebraic simplification. Numeric derivatives use the central difference (f(x+h) - f(x-h))/(2h) with h scaled to the machine epsilon.
