Inputs: number of dice (n), sides per die (n), target sum (n), comparison (at least/exactly/at most) and modifier (n).
Outputs: probability (%), odds (n:1), distribution table (table), expected value (n) and standard deviation (n).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: The distribution of a sum of n dice with s sides is the n-fold convolution of the discrete uniform distribution, computed exactly by dynamic programming or by the inclusion-exclusion closed form. At least and exactly queries follow from the resulting probability mass function.
