Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Revenue = (pageviews * ad units per page * fill rate * viewability-adjusted eCPM) / 1000. Session RPM = revenue / sessions * 1000, which exceeds page RPM whenever a session spans multiple pages.
