Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: CKD-EPI 2021 creatinine equation: eGFR = 142 * min(Scr/kappa, 1)^alpha * max(Scr/kappa, 1)^-1.200 * 0.9938^age * 1.012 if female, with kappa 0.7 and alpha -0.241 for females and kappa 0.9 and alpha -0.302 for males. Reported in mL/min/1.73 m2.
