What this calculator will compute
Inputs: player rating (n), opponent rating (n), result (win/draw/loss), K factor (n) and games in event (n).
Outputs: expected score (n), rating change (n), new rating (n) and performance rating (n).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Expected score equals one divided by (1 plus 10 to the power of (opponent rating minus player rating) divided by 400); the new rating equals the old rating plus K times (actual score minus expected score). The K factor is federation specific and varies with rating band and player age.
