Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Distribution yield annualizes recent distributions over the current price, while the SEC 30 day yield is a standardized calculation net of expenses that permits comparison across funds. The two differ, and return of capital distributions inflate the former without representing income.
