Gordon Growth Model Calculator
Gordon Growth Model: a planned Super Calculator tool. Covers next year dividend (currency). Stub page while the tool and its worked example are prepared.
Gordon Growth Model Calculator is a planned calculator in the finance section of Super Calculator, covering dividends.
What this calculator will compute
Inputs: next year dividend (currency), required return (%) and perpetual growth rate (%).
Outputs: intrinsic value per share (currency), implied growth at the current price (%) and sensitivity grid.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: P = D1 / (r - g), the dividend discount model for a constant growth perpetuity, valid only where g is below r and the growth rate is genuinely perpetual. Sensitivity to g near r is extreme, and the page must show that sensitivity rather than a single point value.
