What this calculator will compute
Inputs: five components and troponin relative to the assay cutoff.
Outputs: HEART score, six-week MACE risk (%) and disposition guidance.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Zero to two points each for history, electrocardiogram, age, risk factors and troponin, totaling zero to 10, stratifying chest pain patients into low, moderate and high risk of major adverse cardiac events at six weeks.
