Outputs: solution set in interval notation, number line description, critical points and sign chart.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Linear inequalities solve as equations with the sign reversed on multiplication or division by a negative. Quadratic and rational inequalities require a sign chart over the critical points, including the zeros of the denominator, which are excluded from the solution set.
