Intraclass Correlation Coefficient Calculator

Intraclass Correlation Coefficient: a planned Super Calculator tool. Covers subject by rater score matrix, model and type. Stub page. Not published yet.

Intraclass Correlation Coefficient Calculator is a planned calculator in the mathematics section of Super Calculator, covering reliability and agreement.

What this calculator will compute

Inputs: subject by rater score matrix, model, type, definition and confidence level (%).

Outputs: ICC estimate, confidence interval, F test, ANOVA variance components and selected form label.

Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: ICC computed from a repeated measures ANOVA variance decomposition. Ten forms exist under the Shrout-Fleiss and McGraw-Wong notation, differing by model (one-way, two-way random, two-way mixed), type (single rater or average of k), and definition (absolute agreement or consistency).
