Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Crop water requirement equals reference evapotranspiration from the FAO Penman-Monteith equation times the crop coefficient, minus effective rainfall, divided by the irrigation system efficiency. Run time equals depth required divided by the system precipitation rate.
