Kinematics Calculator (Equations Of Motion)
Kinematics Calculator (Equations Of Motion): a planned Super Calculator tool. Stub page: the tool, its formula and a worked example are not published yet.
Kinematics Calculator (Equations Of Motion) is a planned calculator in the science section of Super Calculator, covering physics: mechanics.
What this calculator will compute
Inputs: any three of initial velocity, final velocity, acceleration, displacement and time and unit system.
Outputs: remaining kinematic quantities, equation used and velocity and position curves.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: The four constant-acceleration equations: v = u + at, s = ut + (1/2)at^2, v^2 = u^2 + 2as, s = ((u+v)/2)t. Any three known quantities determine the remaining two. Valid only for constant acceleration.
