Logistic Regression Calculator
Logistic Regression: a planned Super Calculator tool. Covers binary outcome column. Stub page: the tool, its formula and a worked example are not published yet.
Logistic Regression Calculator is a planned calculator in the mathematics section of Super Calculator, covering statistics and probability.
What this calculator will compute
Inputs: binary outcome column, predictor columns, alpha and convergence tolerance.
Outputs: coefficients, odds ratios with confidence intervals, Wald p values, log likelihood, pseudo R squared and classification table.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Model logit(p) = b0 + sum(b_j x_j), fitted by iteratively reweighted least squares maximizing the binomial log likelihood. Coefficients exponentiate to odds ratios; significance from the Wald statistic (b/SE)^2 against chi-square with 1 df.
