Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Odds of matching all numbers in a draw of k from n equal one divided by C(n,k), multiplied by the bonus ball space where one exists. Expected value equals the sum over prize tiers of probability times prize, minus the ticket price, and is negative for every commercial lottery.
