What this calculator will compute
Inputs: zones or cities (list of IANA ids), working hours per zone (h range), meeting date (date) and duration (min).
Outputs: overlap windows (time ranges), per-zone local times (datetime list) and best slot (datetime).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: For each candidate UTC hour in a 24 hour window, map to local wall time in every selected zone and score against a working-hours mask per zone, returning the overlap band. Equivalent to an interval intersection over zone-shifted working windows.
