Outputs: phase name (label), illuminated fraction (%), lunar age (d) and next new and full moon (datetime).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Lunar phase angle from the elongation of the Moon from the Sun, computed with a truncated ELP or Meeus low-precision series; simplified implementations use the mean synodic month of 29.530588 days from a known new moon epoch, which drifts by up to about half a day.
