Ohm's Law Calculator
Ohm's Law: a planned Super Calculator tool. Covers any two of voltage and current. Stub page: the tool, its formula and a worked example are not published yet.
Ohm’s Law Calculator is a planned calculator in the engineering section of Super Calculator, covering electrical engineering.
What this calculator will compute
Inputs: any two of voltage, current, resistance and power and unit prefixes.
Outputs: remaining two quantities, all twelve relations, power dissipation and energy over a period.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: V = IR, with the power relations P = VI = I^2 R = V^2/R giving twelve derived forms from any two known quantities. Applies to linear resistive elements; semiconductors and lamps are nonlinear and the resistance is not constant.
