Inputs: total items n, items chosen r, repetition allowed and repeated item counts.
Outputs: number of permutations, full expression and comparison with combinations.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: P(n, r) = n! / (n - r)!. Permutations with repetition allowed give n^r. Permutations of a multiset with repeated items give n! / (n1! n2! … nk!).
