Prime Factorization Calculator
Prime Factorization: a planned Super Calculator tool. Covers integer n and output format. Stub page while the tool and its worked example are prepared.
Prime Factorization Calculator is a planned calculator in the mathematics section of Super Calculator, covering algebra and number theory.
What this calculator will compute
Inputs: integer n and output format.
Outputs: prime factorization, factor tree, exponent form, divisor count, sum of divisors and all divisors.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Trial division by primes up to sqrt(n) for moderate integers, then Pollard’s rho with a Miller-Rabin primality check for larger ones. Output in exponent form per the fundamental theorem of arithmetic.
