Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: QRISK3, Hippisley-Cox 2017: a Cox model derived from United Kingdom primary care records estimating 10-year cardiovascular risk from age, sex, ethnicity, Townsend deprivation score, body mass index, cholesterol ratio, blood pressure and variability, smoking, and a long list of comorbidities including chronic kidney disease, atrial fibrillation, migraine, systemic lupus erythematosus, severe mental illness and corticosteroid use.
