Outputs: qSOFA score and risk flag.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: One point each for respiratory rate 22 or more, altered mentation with a Glasgow Coma Scale below 15, and systolic blood pressure 100 mmHg or less. Two or more points flags higher risk of poor outcome in suspected infection.
