Inputs: QT interval (ms), heart rate (bpm) or RR interval (s) and sex.
Outputs: QTc (ms) and prolongation threshold flag.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Bazett 1920: QTc = QT / sqrt(RR in seconds), with RR = 60 / heart rate. Overcorrects at high heart rates and undercorrects at low ones.
