What this calculator will compute
Inputs: original servings (n), target servings (n), ingredient list (list) and units (label).
Outputs: scaled ingredient list (list), scale factor (n), suggested pan size (label) and adjusted cook time note (label).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Each ingredient quantity multiplies by the ratio of target servings to original servings. The scaling is linear for ingredients and non-linear for cooking time, pan size and seasoning, which is why a straight multiplication produces a failed dish at large scale factors.
