What this calculator will compute

Outputs: resistance (ohm), tolerance (%), value range (ohm), band colors (list) and nearest E series value (ohm).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Under IEC 60062, band values give significant figures, a decimal multiplier and a tolerance, with four, five and six band variants where the sixth band gives the temperature coefficient. The reverse direction maps a resistance and tolerance to the nearest preferred E series value.
