Outputs: conversion price (currency/share), shares issued, investor ownership (%) and founder dilution (%).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Conversion price is the lower of the valuation cap price (cap / company capitalization) and the discount price (round price * (1 - discount)). Post-money SAFEs fix the investor’s post-conversion ownership percentage; pre-money SAFEs do not, and the two dilute existing holders differently.
