Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Lorentz factor gamma = 1/sqrt(1 - v^2/c^2). Time dilates as t = gamma t0, length contracts as L = L0/gamma, and relativistic mass energy is E = gamma m c^2. Gravitational time dilation near a mass follows sqrt(1 - 2GM/(rc^2)).
