Outputs: tip amount (currency), total (currency), per person (currency) and tip per person (currency).
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Tip equals bill amount times tip rate, with the open question of whether the base is the pre-tax or post-tax total, which changes the amount by the sales tax rate. Total per person equals (bill plus tip) divided by the party size, with optional rounding.
