What this calculator will compute
Inputs: force, lever arm length, angle, moment of inertia and angular acceleration and rotational speed.
Outputs: torque in Nm and lb-ft, power, force required at a given radius and angular acceleration.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: tau = r F sin(theta), maximized when the force is perpendicular to the lever arm. Rotational form tau = I alpha. Power from torque and speed: P = tau omega, or in practical units P (kW) = tau (Nm) times rpm divided by 9549.
