Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Normalized power is the fourth root of the mean of the fourth powers of a 30-second rolling average power. Intensity factor = NP / FTP. TSS = duration_seconds * NP * IF / (FTP * 3600) * 100.
