What this calculator will compute
Inputs: sex, body weight (kg), total lifted (kg) and coefficient version.
Outputs: Wilks score and equivalent total at a reference body weight.
Formula, recorded as scope and not yet verified against a primary source: Wilks coefficient = 500 / (a + bx + cx^2 + dx^3 + ex^4 + f*x^5) where x is body mass in kg, with separate fifth-order coefficient sets for men and women; score = total lifted * coefficient. A revised Wilks-2 coefficient set was published in 2020.
